Despite several successful television series including T.J. Hooker and Boston Legal, William Shatner will be forever best remembered for his portrayal of Captain James T. Kirk in the original Star Trek television series and movie franchise. It's a much-parodied role that has helped him land a nice secondary career as a regular cameo actor. His cameo in DodgeBall landed him his first Cosmo nomination.
