No late fees - ever!

In 2002, fresh from her victorious Academy Award triumph for Monster's Ball, Halle Berry appeared as Jinx, the latest Bond girl in the James Bond action flick Die Another Day. It didn't win her another Oscar, but it did earn her a Cosmo nomination - and eventual win - for Actress' Character You Would Most Like to Be Intimate With in a 2002 Film. The role sparked talk of a Bond spin-off featuring her character, but for now at least the idea appears to be dead, as those who control the Bond franchise seem inexplicably concerned that the Jinx film might dilute (rather than expand) their asset.

For the 2003 awards, Halle shared ensemble nominations for her reprise of the popular weather-controlling mutant Storm in X2: X-Men United, but didn't achieve an individual nomination for that film nor for Gothika.

In 2004, she was once again nominated for Intimate Actress for Catwoman. But she also received a Worst Performance nod for the same film.

Halle Berry is currently slated to appear in five different movies in 2005, giving her more opportunities to reappear in the Cosmo limelight.
