Awarded to the actress deemed by Cosmo voters to have achieved the best
performance in a villainous role an eligible 2003 film.
Cosmo voters must decide whether villains can perform some good acts
amidst their villainous ones - and perhaps even be completely redeemed
at the end, like Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi - and still be
considered a villain.
