When the awards were announced, The Two Towers continued to dominate with a record nine awards, but it was Chicago that took home the top honors for Best Film of 2002 as well as Best Director and Best Comedy/Musical. And Far From Heaven, which received four Oscar nominations but no awards, took home three Cosmos: Best Drama, Best Historical, and Best Actress for Julianne Moore - who was also named Best Supporting Actress for The Hours, the film's only award. The Best Actor award went to Adrien Brody for The Pianist, while Chris Cooper took the supporting honors for Adaptation. For the first time, the Cosmos also had voters rate every movie they saw on a scale of one to ten, regardless whether or not they received any nominations. As a result of these ratings, Chicago was named both Most Watched and Most Popular, while two films that did not receive any nominations - 25th Hour and Talk to Her - tied for Highest Rated. Bette Davis, Jimmy Stewart, and Citizen Kane were all inducted into the Lifetime Achievement Hall of Fame.
